Molly Zlokovitz is an award-winning Kitchen & Bath Designer specializing in high-end residential interiors for both new construction and renovation projects. Based in Annapolis, Maryland, she works closely with builders, architects, and homeowners to create thoughtfully planned kitchens, baths, and custom spaces that balance architectural precision with refined, cohesive design.

With a foundation in branding and visual storytelling, Molly approaches each project holistically—considering flow, natural light, materials, and how a space will truly function day to day. Her consultative process has generated over $5 million in residential project sales and is rooted in collaboration, clarity, and trust.

Before focusing exclusively on residential design, Molly held senior creative leadership roles across media and luxury furnishings. She is a Regional Emmy Award recipient and has produced work featured in national publications including Home & Design and Martha Stewart – American Made. She is also the founder of nettle+fin, a botany-inspired textile brand currently undergoing strategic relaunch.
